NYCOOL does NOT offer any returns on any products unless we shipped a wrong item or the item arrived damaged.  We kindly ask that you ensure that the item remains unused and is in their original packaging with any labels attached. -Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted

-You must return it to us within 14 days from receiving your order

- Items must be in an unworn, resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact
